Due to the volume of orders by customers who live outside of our county, we have set up a few delivery points for your convenience. On the day of delivery, we will pickup the meat from the butcher shop and drive to our four delivery points. We usually deliver on Saturdays as this seems to work for most schedules. If you cannot meet us on your scheduled delivery day, please send a friend or family member on your behalf. We simply do not have the freezer space to store your order. Unless the order is part of a prepaid CSA Share, payment will be due when you pick up your order.
The butcher shop we use for beef and pork is Gary's Meat in Payson (Southern Utah County). This is our first meeting point. Chickens and turkeys can be picked up from our farm on the day of harvest (usually Friday) if you would like them fresh. Otherwise they will be delivered the following day frozen or semi-frozen.
We normally deliver with our mobile freezer. This freezer has been built to look like a small red barn. It is pulled with our pickup which is a white Ford F-350 four door.
