These cookies are a mixture of everything delicious! They are the only cookie my kids will eat with raisins and the only cookie that we make with all lard. We love the mixture of coconut, nuts, chocolate, raisins, and oatmeal. We hope you do too!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (176 celsius)
  2. In a large bowl or mixer cream together lard, and sugar.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, soda, and baking powder. Mixing well after each ingredient.
  4. Then add flour, oatmeal, nuts, chocolate chips, raisins, and coconut. Mixing well after each ingredient.
  5. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool 5 minutes and enjoy!
