Instructions
  1. Melt Beef Tallow in large stock pot on Med/High heat. Add diced onion and Beef stew meat. Sprinkle Salt and pepper on top. Stirring frequently cook until meat is braised and onion is clear. Approximately 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add water and Beef marrow bones to pot. Turn to Medium low heat and simmer for 2 1/2-3 hours stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove bones from pot. Remove remaining meat and marrow from bones and place in pot. Discard Bones. Add two packets of Brown gravy mix and Bouillon to pot then whisk.
  4. Add Potatoes, Carrots, and Peas to pot. Simmer on Medium high heat for 45 minutes or until vegetables are soft and flavors have blended.
