Growing up on an apple farm meant apple everything, including pie. I was taught how to make pies when I was 11 years old and had such a passion for it that I became our family pie maker. I have experimented with about every pie crust recipe out there and this is by far the best one. Of course our lard makes it amazing! Its super flaky and has a delicious flavor.
