Succulent pork roast is one of our “go to” hardy dinners at our house. Our pork has so much marbling and flavor that very little spices are needed. We like to add potatoes and carrots with a side salad and the meal is complete! My mom was a fabulous cook and she always made roasts growing up. She would say that a roast isn’t done until it is falling apart and it smells done! We hope our roasts will fill your home with a delicious smell.
