Product Description

As more and more of us are going back to our roots and getting back to basics, we have found many folks looking for beef tallow. Not the hydrogenated, preservative loaded junk, but pure farm fresh beef tallow with absolutely nothing added. Our Tallow is already rendered and ready to use!

Our beef tallow comes from the cows we butcher. The fat is from our grass and barley fed cows and rendered into pure tallow. Our tallow is made the old fashioned way by slowly heating the beef fat in a large kettle. It is non-hyrogenated and contains no preservatives or any other ingredients. Simply pure beef tallow! 

Our farm fresh beef tallow comes in 4 lb tubs. Each tub of lard will keep for about 12 months in the freezer, 6-8 months in the fridge and several weeks at room temperature.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (177 degrees c).
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into slices
  3. Spread out potato slices onto a large pan and sprinkle rosemary over potatoes. Place beef tallow evenly in pats on top of potatoes.
  4. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown and soft turning half way through.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of fries and bake for 3 more minutes. Salt to taste and enjoy!
