Our Products

Our Beef, Pork and Lamb are of the highest quality due to our careful attention to genetics, natural stress-free environments and humane handling. This creates meat that is healthier, more flavorful and beneficial to the land. Our meat is available in whole and half animals, boxes and bundles and in individual cuts.

Our Practices

All of our animals roam on large, open pastures. Our Cattle are mostly grass fed and given extra hay, alfalfa and barley. Our Berkshire pigs love to wander around their 5 acre paddock where they can graze on grasses, root through the dirt and wallow in their self-made mud holes. Our young lamb is raised in the beautiful grassy mountains, pasture-raised and finished with barley.

How to Order

To place your order, simply click on the “Shop” tab above. Orders are delivered monthly to a convenient drop location in your area. You will see a prompt at checkout to choose your pickup location. It is important to note that you can show up to any of the drop points that day, even if it is different than the one you specify at checkout! We will be be pulling a trailer with our logo on delivery day, making it easy to spot us! If you prefer to pick up at a later date, you can call and make arrangements to pick up at our home in Fairfield!

Community

One of the greatest rewards we have experienced farming is the sense of community we feel. Our partnerships with local butchers, grain farmers, restaurants and individual eaters not only creates a better local food system, it has also given us great friends and community.

Such good meat!!! My sister in-law told us about their CSA shares and they did not disappoint! Even went above and beyond when some of our meat didnt make it on the trailer for pick up! Thanks Christiansen Family Farm!!! The pork is outstanding but haven't had there beef!!! We cooked up some rib-eyes from our pick up on 8-3 and they to were incredible the taste was 100% better then bar 10's beef the thing that was most notable was the fat on it had no funny smell or taste!!! Thanks for the Great Pork and Beef!!!
