Ingredients
- 2 pounds Christiansen's Family Farm Beef Stew Meat Defrosted- You can just use 1 lb. We like ours meaty!
- 3 Tablespoons Christiansen's Family Farm Beef Tallow Can substitute oil of choice
- 2 teaspoons pepper ground
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/2 Yellow Onion Diced
- 10-12 cups water
- 3 lbs. Christiansen's Family Farm Beef Marrow Bones
- 2 Packets brown gravy mix
- 6 medium Potatoes diced
- 4 medium Carrots diced
- 1 cup Peas Frozen
- 3 Tablespoons Organic Better Than Bouillon Beef Base Buy at Costco. -Can substitute regular beef bouillon

- Melt Beef Tallow in large stock pot on Med/High heat. Add diced onion and Beef stew meat. Sprinkle Salt and pepper on top. Stirring frequently cook until meat is braised and onion is clear. Approximately 4-5 minutes.
- Add water and Beef marrow bones to pot. Turn to Medium low heat and simmer for 2 1/2-3 hours stirring occasionally.
- Remove bones from pot. Remove remaining meat and marrow from bones and place in pot. Discard Bones. Add two packets of Brown gravy mix and Bouillon to pot then whisk.
- Add Potatoes, Carrots, and Peas to pot. Simmer on Medium high heat for 45 minutes or until vegetables are soft and flavors have blended.
