  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (177 degrees c).
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into slices
  3. Spread out potato slices onto a large pan and sprinkle rosemary over potatoes. Place beef tallow evenly in pats on top of potatoes.
  4. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown and soft turning half way through.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of fries and bake for 3 more minutes. Salt to taste and enjoy!
